EPAS (Environmental Planning & Assessment Services) Consultants was established in January 1996 as a division of Waste Disposals Ltd. (WDL) to provide quality environmental consultancy services to local and regional clients.  The firm is based in Port of Spain, Trinidad and operates as a separate business unit of the parent company.  Our services are tailored towards the needs of organisations in both the public and private sectors, in Trinidad and Tobago and other Caricom member countries, and includes the financial, industrial, tourism, agricultural, food and beverage and trade sectors.
